Supervised by Dr. Christie M. Melonson, MA, LPC-S, PhD
Winifred Okafor is a National Board Certified Counselor and Licensed Professional Counselor Associate. She founded Zoe Counseling Services to create a therapeutic environment that balances compassion with accountability.
Her clinical background spans trauma-informed care, co-occurring conditions, and behavioral health. She works with individuals and families across the full spectrum of backgrounds — from first-time therapy clients to those navigating court-mandated or agency-referred care.
